Ayurvedic Indian Head Massage
An ancient Ayurvedic treatment where warmed oil gently streams onto the forehead area and slowly flows down toward the crown of the head. Shirodhara can be a stand alone treatment for 45 mins or as an add-on to any 60 minute massage for an additional 30 mins.
My Approach:
I am soft, gentle and steady. I offer a quite supportive space where the client is able to close their eyes, let the outer world go and enter into a state of rejuvenation.
